To manage the employee’s information and to provide the benefit to its employee’s UPS has designed the ‘UPS Enterprise Portal’. This portal allows the employees to check their personal information, payrolls/paychecks, benefits programs, work schedules, and much more. But to get access to this site, UPS employees have to log in to their account. UPSers Login Guide

To log in to the UPS Enterprise Portal, you will require these things:

  • A pc or a laptop or a smartphone with internet access.
  • An internet browser/web browser. Microsoft Internet Explorer version 9.0 or higher/Chrome 34 or higher/Firefox 28 or higher are recommended and Beta versions of browser software are not supported.
  • UPSers login credentials i.e. Enterprise User ID and Password.

Note: Access is available to all UPS active and inactive employees in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and retired employees in the UPS Retirement Plan. Separated employees have access until June of the year following separation.

Here are the instructions to follow in order to log in to UPS Enterprise Portal:

  • Open the web browser on your device.
  • Visit the official site of UPS Enterprise Portal or click on this official website.
  • First, select the language of your choice using the drop-down list.
  • Enter the User ID and the Password in the required fields.
  • After that, click on ‘Log In’.
  • Finally, you will be allowed to access your account information.

UPSers Login – Forgot Your Password

In case, if you have forgotten your password, then you can follow these steps to change your password:

  • Visit the login page of UPSers i.e.
  • Then, select the ‘Forgot Your Password’ link.
  • You will be taken to a new page.
  • Now, enter the valid User ID.
  • Click ‘Submit’.
  • And immediately, answer your own challenge questions.
  • After that, you will be allowed to change your password.

Note: When answering the questions, be sure to type them exactly as you did when you entered them during registration. If you fail to provide a valid ID and correct answers to your challenge questions then by your third attempt, your account will be locked out of the system. You will then need to submit a Technical Help Form to request that your account be unlocked.

UPSers Registration

To register at, follow these steps:

  • Visit the official website of
  • Select your language preference.
  • Enter the User ID in the required space.
  • Enter the PIN in the password field.
  • Click the ‘Login’ button.
  • Review and agree to Terms and Conditions for use of
  • Provide an e-mail address and, if appropriate, an ID for access to UPS applications.
  • Create your Challenge Questions and Responses.
  • Create a new password.
  • And you are done.

In order to log in and register, the employee will need a User ID and a PIN. Here are the details:

User ID

  • The User ID is nothing but the Employee ID.
  • Employees have to use their Employee ID as the User ID for login/registration.
  • You can easily find your Employee ID on your pay stub.


  • The Personal Identification Number(PIN) is a one-time password.
  • Employees must construct the PIN on their own. (We have provided the details in below section)
  • After obtaining the PIN, employees must use it during registration.
  • For the first time login, you will be using the PIN and then you must create a new password.
  • Note: PINs are case-sensitive and enter the letters in your PIN in the lower-case.

Construct your PIN/Password

  • Employees can construct the PIN by combining the first 2 letters of their name and last 4 digits of Employee ID.
  • The letters in your initial pin or password should be entered in lower-case.
  • Passwords must be 8 characters or longer; at least 1 numeric (0-9); at least 1 upper-case letter (A-Z); at least 1 lower-case letter (a-z); at least one of these special characters (! $ # @ ^ & * , . + = ~).
  • The password you create cannot be the same as your PIN.
